This Radium Engineering fuel hanger replaces both RH and LH fuel hat assemblies. It is compatible with 1 or 2 aftermarket fuel pumps. The kit reuses both passive side and active side fuel level sensors. It is also keeps a true saddle tank crossover system using new improved components. No cutting or modifying of the vehicle is required for installation.

Integrated Fuel Tank Collector — How It Stays Full
Several mechanisms work together to move fuel into the integrated collector and keep it full at all times. This ensures the pump(s) have adequate fuel available, even during aggressive driving. The integrated fuel tank collector is supplied from three sources:
- OEM collector bowl labyrinth: Keeps fuel from leaving the collector bowl when cornering.
- Return fuel & venturi jet pump siphon: Constant low-pressure return from the regulator activates the venturi jet pump siphon and also fills the collector bowl.
- Crossover from passive tank side: Fuel scavenged by the venturi jet pump siphon continuously fills the collector bowl.
Electrical
The custom designed stainless steel electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors lack. They have an anti-rotation feature that prevents the terminals from spinning. These serviceable connections are hermetically sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. Non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuiting. Furthermore, the in-tank wiring is insulated with high quality chemically resistant ETFE.
Notes
- Single pump installations can re-use the OEM fuel pump wiring.
- It is recommended to upgrade OEM wiring to ensure the single pump is receiving full power and operating at maximum potential.
- If using a second pump, a new dedicated relay and fuse pump MUST be used.
