Refund policy
We have a 25-day return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: brand new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original packaging. All original components, documentation, and packaging must be included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at returns@jdmkonbini.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address. Please note that return addresses vary by vendor and items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include supporting photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims made after 48 hours may be denied.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
– Special-order or custom-order parts (built-to-order, imported-to-order, or specifically requested items).
– Clearance, closeout, or sale items.
– Electrical or electronic components (ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses, etc.) once opened, unless defective and covered by manufacturer warranty.
– Any part that has been installed, test-fitted, modified, or is missing original packaging.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product (if approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. Products must meet the same new, unused condition requirements described above, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Restocking fees may apply on a brand-by-brand basis depending on vendor policies.
