Terms and Conditions
The use of JDM Konbini products, including those sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers, is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set out below. These policies, terms, and conditions are in place due to the following facts:
When engaging in racing, a motor vehicle is operated at the upper limits of its physical and operational capacity, testing the endurance of every single component. Racing pushes the vehicle to the highest possible speeds and challenges the limits of human control in an unpredictable environment, often near other vehicles also being pushed to their limits. This creates a highly unpredictable situation with enormous risks, including catastrophic injury and death. While component failure is never intended, it is inevitable when racing, as vehicles often exceed their operational and functional limits, thereby testing the upper physical limits of every component. Therefore, component failure, including parts purchased from JDM Konbini, may occur, even on the first use following installation.
At JDM Konbini, we collaborate with a variety of reputable third-party vendors to offer a wide range of high-quality aftermarket parts. Many of these products are shipped directly from the vendors to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery to our customers.
To guarantee the best performance and safety, we strongly advise reviewing the installation and fitment manuals provided by these vendors. Proper installation is crucial, and following the vendor-specific guidelines will help ensure that the parts function as intended and fit your vehicle correctly. Please note that JDM Konbini is not responsible for products purchased with incorrect knowledge of fitment, so it is essential to verify compatibility before making a purchase.
Given the nature of racing and the strong risk of component failure, JDM Konbini offers no express or implied warranty of fitness for purchased parts. All sales are “as is” and final.
All JDM Konbini products, including those sourced from third-party manufacturers, are for race applications only and for vehicles exclusively intended for use at certified licensed racing facilities. All parts must be installed by a licensed mechanic.
Vehicles with aftermarket parts from JDM Konbini are intended only for off-road use and must not be driven on public roads or streets.
You acknowledge that racing inherently involves risks, including catastrophic injury and death. You are entirely liable for any harm caused by the operation of your vehicle, regardless of whether such harm results from part failure.
You acknowledge that even in racing-approved facilities, there are risks of collision and injury, including but not limited to going off track, improper part installation, collisions with other vehicles, emergency vehicles, tow trucks, track equipment, barriers, walls, or any other obstacles. These risks are exacerbated by weather conditions, temperature, driver error, engine failure, transmission failure, steering and suspension failure, tire failure, or any other mechanical failure. After every race and collision, all parts must be inspected for damage and fatigue and repaired or replaced by a licensed mechanic.
You assume full responsibility for any potential injuries or damages to yourself and others resulting from racing activities, even in the event of part failure.
JDM Konbini is not liable for the misuse of information provided on www.jdmkonbini.com, including technical support and customer service. No express or implied warranties are provided with any product. If a warranty is offered by a third-party manufacturer, you must pursue claims directly with them.
