The purchase and use of any JDM Konbini product, including items sourced from third-party manufacturers or suppliers, is subject to the terms below. These terms clarify intended use, risks, responsibilities, and limitations related to motorsports and aftermarket parts.

1. Intended Use — For Off-Road & Race Use Only

• All JDM Konbini products (including third-party items) are designed and sold exclusively for closed-course competition, track use, or other off-road applications.
• Products are not legal for use on public streets or highways unless explicitly stated otherwise and confirmed to comply with all applicable laws.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations before purchase, installation, or use.

2. Racing Risks & Component Limits

Racing and motorsports push vehicles—and every installed component—to maximum physical and operational limits. Under such conditions:

• Component failure can occur at any time, including on first use after installation.
• Such failures can result in severe injury, property damage, or death.
• Racing environments are inherently unpredictable due to high speeds, proximity to other vehicles, and variable track conditions.

3. Vendor Partnerships & Product Delivery

JDM Konbini partners with reputable third-party vendors to offer high-quality aftermarket products. Many orders ship directly from vendors for speed and efficiency.

4. Installation & Fitment Responsibility

• Review and follow the manufacturer’s installation, fitment, and safety instructions.
• All parts must be installed by a licensed mechanic experienced with motorsport applications.
• You are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility prior to purchase. JDM Konbini is not liable for incorrect purchases due to fitment errors.

5. Warranty & Sales Terms

• All sales are final; products are sold “as is”, with no express or implied warranties of fitness.
• If a third-party manufacturer offers a warranty, you must submit claims directly to that manufacturer. JDM Konbini does not process or guarantee third-party warranty claims.

6. Post-Race Inspection & Maintenance

• After each race or high-performance event—and after any collision—inspect all installed components for wear, damage, or fatigue.
• Repair or replace components as needed before further use, performed by a licensed mechanic.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By purchasing and installing any product from JDM Konbini, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Motorsports involve significant inherent risks, including severe injury or death.
• Risks include, but are not limited to: collisions, contact with track equipment or barriers, weather hazards, and mechanical failures (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, tires, etc.), as well as driver error.
• You accept full responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use or installation of JDM Konbini products, even in the event of part failure.
